Who we are

One Man Studio (onemanstudio.in) is operated by CONFIRM: registered business name ("One Man Studio", "we", "us"), CONFIRM: registered business address. You can reach us at [email protected].

Your account

You sign in with your email address and password, or with your Google account. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

• Give us a real email address that you control, and keep your profile details accurate.
• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian create the account and agree to these terms for you.
• Do not share your login. One account is for one person.

Courses and access

When you buy a course you get a personal, non-transferable licence to watch it and use its project files for your own learning. We grant access after your payment is confirmed by our payment provider.

• Access lasts one year from the date of purchase, unless the course page says otherwise. After that you can renew if a renewal is offered.
• You can watch on up to 3 registered devices, and only one video can play on your account at a time.
• Lessons play in our protected player and carry a watermark that identifies your account. Downloading or recording the video is not allowed.
• Courses can be updated. We may add, improve or reorder lessons, and we may remove a lesson if it becomes out of date.

Prices and payment

Prices for buyers in India are in Indian rupees and include GST. Buyers outside India pay in US dollars through our international payment partner, who may add or collect local taxes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) and Dodo Payments (international). We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or netbanking details.

Refunds

All sales are final, except when you were charged more than once for the same course. The full rules are in our refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, record, resell, share or publish course videos, project files or any other course material;
• bypass or interfere with the device limit, the single-stream rule, the watermark or any other protection;
• use the site to harass others, post unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or advertise;
• try to access another person's account or data, or attack or overload the site.

Your comments and questions

You own what you write under lessons. You give us permission to show it to other students of the course and to our team so we can answer it. We may hide or remove comments that break these terms.

Our content

Videos, lesson text, project files, presets, logos and the site itself belong to One Man Studio or its licensors. Buying a course does not transfer any ownership.

Suspension and ending access

If you break these terms, for example by sharing your account or copying course material, we can block your account and end your access without a refund. We will tell you why by email.

Our responsibility

We teach skills and tools, and we cannot promise a particular result such as views, income or a job. The site and courses are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course the claim is about.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in CONFIRM: city have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and email students with an active course. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
