Delivery and access policy

When you get access

Access starts automatically when our payment provider confirms your payment, usually within a minute. You will see the course in your account and receive a receipt by email. The page you see right after paying only says we are confirming your payment; it does not grant access by itself.

How long access lasts

Access lasts one year from the date of purchase. We email you 30 days and 7 days before it ends. Students who moved from our earlier platform keep their original end date.

Where and how you watch

• Sign in at onemanstudio.in with the email address you used to buy.
• Lessons stream in the browser on up to 3 registered devices, one video at a time.
• Project files and presets are downloaded from the lesson page while your access is active.
• You need a stable internet connection. Lessons are not available to download for offline viewing.

Buying from outside India

International payments are handled by Dodo Payments in US dollars. Access works the same way as for Indian buyers, and you receive a receipt from Dodo Payments.

If you do not get access

If you paid and the course is not in your account after a few minutes, email [email protected] with the email address you used and your payment reference. We reply within 2 working days and give you access once we confirm the payment.

No physical delivery

We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no delivery charges or shipping times.
